Scope of application

                Article 1 'TOBU TOP TOURS Travel Sales Site Terms of Use' http://tobutoptours.jp/ (hereinafter referred to as 'these Terms') shall apply to the use of the 'TOBU TOP TOURS Travel Sales Site' provided by TOBU TOP TOURS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'our company').
 2 The use of this site is limited to those residing in Japan, and our company does not guarantee the use by those residing outside Japan.
 3 In the case of providing individual services on this site, individual service-specific regulations, etc. (hereinafter referred to as 'individual regulations, etc.') shall be established separately, and individual regulations, etc. shall apply to the individual services concerned. In the case of matters not provided for in the individual regulations, etc., these Terms shall apply.

Terms of Use, etc. of this Site

 2. When using the Site, the User shall prepare, at the User's own expense and responsibility, the terminal, software, communication environment, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Equipment, etc.”) necessary for use of the Site. 3.  4 Credit cards accepted for use on the Site are limited to credit cards issued in Japan.
 5 The Company shall not be held liable for any hindrance or damage to the user's use of the Site due to the user's equipment or other causes.            

Responsibility

                Article 5. The user shall be responsible for any and all actions taken by the user in using this site and any and all actions performed by the user's e-mail address, etc., and the results thereof, regardless of whether the user's actions are taken or not, and regardless of whether the user's actions are negligent or not. 
2}If the User causes damage to a third party when using this Site, the User shall settle the dispute with the third party at his/her own responsibility and expense. 
3 If a user causes damage to our company, our business partners, or other third parties in violation of these Terms of Use, our company may demand compensation or prior indemnification from the user for any and all damages incurred.            

Prohibition of transfer of rights and obligations

                Article 6. Users shall not transfer or lend, or attempt to transfer or lend, any benefit or obligation received from the use of the Site to any third party without the prior written consent of the Company.            

Cancellation of Reservations and Prohibition of Use

                Article 7. If we determine that a user is in violation of these Terms and Conditions, we may cancel the user's reservation at that point in time or prohibit the user from using this site in the future without any notice or demand. 
2}In the case of the preceding paragraph, any and all damages incurred by the Company shall be borne by the User.

                Article 8. We will appropriately protect the personal information entered by users in accordance with the “Privacy Policy” and “Handling of Personal Information” posted separately. 
2 Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, we may disclose personal information to a third party in the following cases \(1) When the user agrees to the disclosure of personal information. We may disclose the entered information to the third party or other necessary third parties.            

Change or discontinuation of this site

                Article 9. When we deem it necessary to change the system or contents regarding the provision, operation, or registration of this site, we may make the necessary changes without prior notice to the user. 
2}We reserve the right to suspend the operation of this site without prior notice to users in the following cases. \(1) In case of regular or urgent maintenance of the system of this site. (3) In the event that we deem it necessary to temporarily suspend the operation of this site,ⅷn3 We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users in the above two cases.            

Prohibitions

                Article 10. Users shall not engage in any of the following acts or activities when using the Site.

(10) Activities related to elections, politics, religion, or sexually oriented activities)\(11)Commercial activities or similar activities, or acts in preparation for commercial activities\(12) Use of the Site for purposes or methods other than those approved by us\(13) Reproduction, transmission, or transmission of information on the Site without our consent for purposes other than personal use by the User himself/herself, (14) Use of this site by minors without the consent of a legal representative (15) Any other actions similar to the above items (16) Any other actions that we deem inappropriate.            

damages

                Article 11. In the event that a user causes damage to our company or other third parties by violating these Terms of Use or by using this site illegally or illegally, our company may claim reasonable compensation for damages or make a prior claim (including attorney's fees) against the user in question. jurisdiction

                Article 12. In the event of a dispute between the Company and a user in relation to the Site, the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance, depending on the amount of the claim.            

Coming into effect

                Article 13. This Agreement shall come into effect on September 01, 2024, Japan Standard Time.
