The organizer reserves the right to cancel the tour if weather conditions such as rain or strong winds make outdoor activities or cycling unsafe. In such cases, no cancellation fees will be charged. However, if you cancel due to weather concerns, standard cancellation fees will apply.

Travel by private vehicle (Memanbetsu Airport to Michi-no-Eki Bihoro Pass).
 09:30 Arrive at Michi-no-Eki Bihoro Pass. Prepare for the tour.
Start cycling (Bihoro Pass to the shores of Lake Kussharo).
*You can choose the cycling distance during the tour.
 11:00 Cycling and kayaking tour amidst beautiful volcanic scenery.
Enjoy downhill cycling from Bihoro Pass, followed by a kayaking tour at Wakoto Peninsula on Lake Kussharo.
 12:30 Local lunch by the lakeside (sandwiches & salad).
Resume cycling after lunch. Stop at Sunayu for a foot bath.
Cycling (Lake Kussharo shore to Sunayu to Sulphur Mountain).
 15:30 Finish at the GeoPark of Sulphur Mountain, where you can feel the pulse of the Earth.
Transfer by private vehicle to Kushiro City (Sulphur Mountain to Kushiro Station).

Travel by private vehicle (Lake Akan shore to Onneto area).
 12:45 Cycling and trekking tour at the mystical Lake Onneto.
(Standard course) Cycle from Nonaka Onsen to Onneto viewing deck to Onneto Campground.
Trek from Onneto Campground to Yu-no-Taki Waterfall and back.
Cycle back to Nonaka Onsen.

Cycling (Obihiro Airport to Rokkatei Café).

Finish the cycling tour of the Tokachi Plains.
Travel by private vehicle (Rokkatei Café to Sounkyo Onsen).

 11:30 Lunch at a restaurant near Mt. Kurodake.
 13:00 Start the Sounkyo Gorge cycling tour and visit the Ginga and Ryusei Waterfalls.

 14:00 Finish the Sounkyo Gorge cycling tour.
Transfer by private vehicle (Sounkyo Onsen to Kitami City).

 09:00 Cycling and kayaking tour around the sea-formed lakes of Notoro Lake in Abashiri Quasi-National Park.
Cycling (Connectrip to Notoro Lake to Cape Notoro).
*Includes a kayaking experience across Notoro Lake.

*The tour may be affected by tidal conditions.
 13:00 Finish the cycling tour at Cape Notoro.

This tour is planned and operated by Tobu Top Tours Co., Ltd., Obihiro Branch (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). Customers participating in this tour will enter into a Domestic Package Tour Contract (hereinafter referred to as “Tour Contract”) with the Company. The content and terms of the Tour Contract are based on the descriptions in this brochure, the separate Terms and Conditions, the final confirmation documents (coupons or final itinerary), and the Company’s General Terms and Conditions for Package Tour Contracts.

1. Application Method, Conditions, and Establishment of the Tour Contract
(1) Please apply in accordance with the Company’s specified method. The deposit listed below must be paid by the specified date using the method designated by the Company. The deposit will be treated as part of the “Tour Price,” “Cancellation Fee,” or “Breach of Contract Fee.”
(2) The Tour Contract is not established at the time of application. The Tour Contract is established when the Company accepts the application and receives the deposit.
(3) Special considerations may be necessary for customers with disabilities, elderly customers, or pregnant customers, as additional arrangements not included in the initial plan may be required. Please inform us in advance if special arrangements or considerations may be needed.

The tour price does not include transportation costs not listed in the itinerary, personal expenses, and additional food and beverage costs beyond the included meals.

4. Cancellation of the Tour Contract
(1) Customers may cancel the Tour Contract by paying the following cancellation fees. The cancellation date is the date the customer notifies the Company or the designated booking office within business hours.

5. Handling of Personal Information
The personal information provided during the booking process will be used for communication purposes between the Company and the customer, as well as for the necessary arrangements and receipt of services provided by transportation, accommodation, and handling agencies related to the booked tour. Additionally, the information may be used for sending requests for feedback (“Survey”), promotional information (“Campaign Notice”), and other direct mail (DM).

6. The terms and conditions of this tour and the tour price are based on the rates as of November 14, 2024.
