* By completing the payment, you agree to all terms and conditions for domestic tours.
- This tour is organized and operated by Tobu Top Tours Yamagata Branch (hereafter, “the Company”). Customers entering into a travel contract with the Company will be bound by the Group Planning Travel Contract.
- Please pay the total travel fee at the time of application. The contract is established when the Company accepts and receives full payment.
- The travel fee includes lodging, Day 1 lunch and dinner, Day 2 lunch, local transportation (charter taxi), guide fees, snowshoe trekking fees, and souvenir costs.
- The travel fee does not include transportation from your home to the meeting place, personal shopping expenses on site, etc.
- Cancellation of the Travel Contract:
- Customers may cancel at any time by paying a cancellation fee according to the schedule below. The cancellation date is based on the time you notify us within our business hours. The Company may also cancel the contract in accordance with Company travel terms.
- Any change in start date or reduction in participants is also subject to the cancellation fee schedule below.
- If the minimum number of participants is not met, the tour will be canceled, and you will be notified at least 13 days before the start date (3 days for day trips).
